TYPICAL INDONESIAN CUISINE CITY KEDIRI

Did you know about Indonesian food???

 
you guys probably know only a small part.
Indonesia has a lot of unique recipes to be felt in every region.
may you ever been to Indonesia and tried some of the food is typical.
but, you do not have to bother all the way to Indonesia to enjoy Indonesian food. here I will share the recipes that you might try in your own home.




first my will Introduce cuisine from my city, namely is pecel rice, tumpang rice.
Surely you are unfamiliar with these foods.
if you want to try it? OK I will share the recipe with you guys :) very easy to make.



 1 PECEL RICE
   
  
ingredients:

     Enough warm rice
     5 pieces of sliced ​​cabbage and boiled
     1 carrot cut into matchsticks and blanch
     10 bean stalk. pieces and boiled
     2 bunches spinach stew
     100 gr bean sprouts makers

Beans Seasoning Ingredients:

     250 gr fried peanuts puree
     1/2 teaspoon tamarind water
     400 ml hot water

Material spices:

     5 pieces of curly red chili stew
     3 cloves of garlic boiled
     1/2 tsp roasted shrimp paste
     2 teaspoons brown sugar
     2 pieces of red chili stew
     2 cm kencur
     salt to taste


How to make:

      Stir in ground spices and peanuts until evenly, flush with hot water and tamarind water or acidic flavor that is around your area a little bit while in stir.
     Arrange the warm rice on a serving plate, add the vegetables and pour the peanut sauce on it.
   You may also add some side dishes that you like.

2. TUMPANG RICE




before you make this dish

in some places it may be difficult to get the material.

Overlapping Sambal Ingredients:

     150 g tempeh fermentation earlier 2day
     5 pieces of red chilli
     5 pieces of cayenne pepper
     2 cm kencur
     4 red onions
     2 cloves of garlic
     2 pieces of orange leaves
     2 bay leaves
     1 cm galangal, crushed
     400 ml coconut milk
     1 tsp sugar
     1 tsp salt
 


 Add also some vegetables that you like to add a balanced diet

how to make:

    1. Boil tempeh, onion, garlic, chilli, lime leaves, bay leaves, kencur, and ginger in a saucepan.
    2. Blend the spices that have been boiled except bay leaves and galangal.
     3. Boil again all the ingredients, pour the coconut milk. Let it boil. Add a little salt and sugar. Wait until the water shrinks and slightly thickened. Lift.
